Shipping Policy

We want to get your package to you the quickest we can, and we will do everything we can to make that happen!  We offer shipping through selected methods, depeding on where we are shipping your goods to. 

Upon sucessful completion of a transaction through our web store, Norcan Fluid Power will not put through credit card charges until the product(s) have been boxed and are ready to be shipped.  We shoot for less than a 24 hour turn around on that, during regular business hours.

That said we cannot control what happens after the items leave our shop with the carrier.  We will do our best to provide a tracking number as soon as one is available, the better to help you get ready for the items you have inbound.  

Item(s) will be shipped FOB from the time the item(s) leave one of Norcan Fluid Powers branches destined for a consignee.

Orders are insured for carrier minimums, and if you would liek to add additional insurance to protect your item(s) please let us know.
